Lava Latte: A creative Cafe on Statehouse Road

Looking for a creamy latte and warm panini? Check out Lava Latte. Nestled in a quiet compound across from State House, Lava Latte is the perfect place to have a coffee date, meeting or a meal by yourself.

What’s captivating about the space is the graffiti that covers the walls. It’s clearly a place for art and creativity.

On a sunny day, we recommend sitting on the covered patio. No need to worry about your devices running low on battery, the outdoor space is outfitted with charging stations so you can keep working all day long. You can also sit indoors, where the large windows provide enough lighting for your daily dose of Vitamin D.

If you find yourself out early, check out Lava Latte’s breakfast offer. For 400KSH you’ll get: 2 eggs, 2 sausages, toast, and a choice of Kenyan tea/masala tea/ and coffee. The offer runs from 8 AM to 11 AM.

The only downside is that, if you’re coming to do a bit of work, their WIFI can be a bit spotty. We did a WIFI speed test and their internet got a ‘slow’ rating.
